Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you would like to make a return with a label supplied by us you must email help@shopfoxandhen.com with your name, order number, and items you wish to return. The cost of $8 for the return label will be deducted from your store credit. If you would like to supply your own label simply send back within 10 days of delivery with packing slip in package. 

Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Fox & Hen within 10 days of delivery, unwashed, unworn and tags attached.

There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your Return total. All Jewelry & Accessories are Final Sale- Items Sold on Sale are NOT Returnable or Exchangeable. SALE ITEMS ARE FINALE SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Any returns received back to Fox and Hen that are past the return window or are not eligible for return will be held at Fox & Hen and returned to customer at their expense. Customers are Responsible for return shipping charges and are non-refundable. We DO NOT accept return request through any social media platforms-Pictures do not always represent in person color and feel of material.
